Infertility Care

We provide comprehensive care for couples struggling with infertility and recurrent miscarriage. By identifying and correcting the underlying causes of these issues, we improve your overall health and fertility while helping you achieve pregnancy naturally – without the financial, emotional, or ethical burdens of assisted reproductive technologies such as in vitro fertilization (IVF).

Gynecologic Care

We offer specialized medical and surgical treatments for women struggling with gynecologic symptoms such as heavy or painful periods caused by endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and pelvic adhesions. Instead of simply prescribing birth control pills for any and all gynecologic problems, we provide individualized medical and surgical treatments that fix the root cause of your symptoms.

Tubal Reversals

Dr. Puthoff and Dr. Kalinowski perform microsurgical tubal reversals for women wishing to restore their fertility after tubal ligation. There are only a handful of surgeons in the country with the training and expertise to perform this specialized procedure. While most fertility clinics recommend IVF for women who’ve had a tubal ligation, a tubal reversal procedure is both less expensive and more effective than IVF.
